Classic Victoria Sponge Cake, with raspberry or strawberry conserve


Fresh Fruit Victoria Sponge Cake, with either fresh raspberries, blueberries or blackcurrants baked into the sponge. Lovely with buttercream, white chocolate ganache and fruit conserve


Rich Chocolate Cake, with buttercream, chocolate ganache or salted caramel


Lemon Drizzle Sponge Cake with zesty lemon curd and buttercream. Try it with Lavender flowers or Elderflower for a summery alternative

Bakewell Cherry and Almond Sponge Cake, with dark cherry conserve


Chocolate Orange Sponge Cake, with fresh orange zest and chocolate orange buttercream

Red Velvet Cake, a stunning fuschia pink cake with a delicate flavour of milk chocolate and vanilla buttercream


Espresso Coffee Cake made with real espresso coffee, lovely with either a coffee or chocolate buttercream to make a Mocha Cake or walnuts for a traditional option


Lavender and Rose Sponge Cake, my own recipe with the addition of edible lavender and rose petals for a delicate bridal cake

Traditional Rich Dark Fruit Cake with Brandy and almond marzipan


Light Fruit Cake which is a lighter take on a traditional favourite, made with the addition of citrus peel and apricots and a dash of Brandy


We can also provide biscuits, shortbread, cupcakes, cake pops, macarons and welsh cakes as Wedding Favours or as additions to sweet tables.

Cake Portions Guide


The table below gives a guide to the approximate number of portions to the size of cake. This should make it easier to choose the size of cake you require for your number of guests. Your Caterer will normally cut a wedding cake into traditional sized portions, which is on average 1” by 1” slices.
